FSB P2P

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

We were recently notified by our Online and Mobile Banking service provider that they will be discontinuing their relationship with our current P2P service provider.  With that, we have been given the option to either replace our P2P service provider or discontinue this service.  Unfortunately, the replacement provider option presented to us is at triple the cost of our current provider.

Since being notified of this development, we have been considering our options carefully.  And, although we do not wish to eliminate a service that we've been providing to our customers, we simply can't justify the significant expense increase involved with providing P2P services when we compare it to current usage rates.

With that, we've made the difficult decision to eliminate our P2P service effective June 30, 2022.  We know that some of our customers have benefitted from this service, and to them, this will be an inconvenience.  We are sincerely sorry for that.  Our management team is always evaluating and considering convenient products and services that we can provide for our customers, and hopefully at some point, we will be able to replace P2P with a comparable or even better product.

There are several products available outside of the FSB Mobile App for sending money person-to-person that many consumers use and might be a great, cost-effective alternative for FSB P2P.  We can't make a recommendation for which is best for you, but some of these apps include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPay and Google Pay.

If you have any questions, we are glad to assist you with those.  You can contact us at (800) 600-7117 or customersupport@fsb1908.bank.  As always, we appreciate your business.
