Outside of the office, Dustin is an avid enthusiast of 3D archery shoots and hunting. Dustin's blend of professional dedication and personal passion truly defines his approach to life.
Kellie has been a dedicated FSB employee since 2019. She deeply believes in celebrating life and the beauty of each season it has to offer. Crafting brings her immense joy; she loves quilting, cake decorating, embroidery, and painting—these hobbies keep her heart happy and her creativity flowing. The most rewarding part of Kellie’s job is helping our customers feel secure and witnessing their success and growth. She takes pride in being a part of their financial journeys and making a positive impact in their lives!
Jake has been with FSB since 2020 in a full-time capacity, but prior to that, was a part-time teller with us for several years as a student. In his lending role, he's great at assisting customers with consumer, commercial, agricultural or mortgage loan needs.
Jake is an OU Sooners fan, and his coworkers always enjoy when he shares his singing talents at work.
He finds it very rewarding to help people in times of need, in addition to assisting customers with their property, vehicle, equipment and home purchases.
Jake serves as the Song Director at the Whitefield Baptist Church and as a member of the Haskell County Coalition.
Lou Ann has been with FSB since 1989, but her banking experience goes beyond that.
As the Deposit Administration Officer, Lou Ann brings expertise in teller operations, as well as checking, savings, CDs and IRAs. She's known for going above and beyond for her customers.
Lou Ann is a huge OU Sooners fan, and when asked what the most rewarding thing about her job at FSB is, she indicated that it’s “helping my customers and the friendships I’ve made with my customers and coworkers, past and present”.
Lou Ann is very involved in her community, serving on the Citizens for Quinton committee, as well as dedicating many years to the Quinton School Board.
Lorie serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of FSB. Being more than just the CFO, Lorie also leads our staff in all things’ human resources. An employee of the bank since 1990, she has years of valuable knowledge in practically every area of the bank and is the “go-to” person when you have a question. Those who know her know that her organizational skills are unparalleled.
In her spare time, Lorie loves to see Broadway musicals. In fact, she has seen over 100! Her other passions are baking, hiking, and yoga. She is a long-time member and secretary of the Quinton First United Methodist Church.
When asked what the most rewarding part of her job is, she responded, “it’s always rewarding to help them (clients and coworkers) with questions about benefits and banking. I also enjoy mentoring and teaching new employees about different aspects of the bank, as well as problem-solving.”
